You can cancel your order as long as this is done early and before sending it by contacting the store by phone or email indicating your order number.
Returns of defective products
Irrespective of your right to cancel an Order in accordance with the previous article, you have the right to withdraw from your order if the Shop violates its obligations, especially when the product is actually defective. The basic requirement is to notify the store within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the product, otherwise the store reserves the right not to make any form of compensation. If it is proven that a defective product is found, you have the right to refuse and return it with the possibility of replacing it with another product of the same category, if available, or refund of the money you paid. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them together with the documents, the retail receipt or the invoice and the packaging that came with the product. In this case, the shipping costs of the new product or your refund will be borne exclusively by the store.
Product Return / Right of Exit
You have the right to return the products you purchase without any obligation to notify us why you wish to return the products within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive them. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. Initial shipping costs of your order are not refundable. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, without having their packaging unsealed or broken, along with the documents, proof of retail sale or the invoice and the accompanying packaging the product. In the event of a refund, your refund will be completed within four (4) days from the date we receive the products in a bank account to indicate if your order has been paid in cash or by bank deposit. For orders that are paid by credit / debit / credit card the refund will be made in the same way.
